Xperia Z2 Tablet LTE update (17.1.A.2.69) rolling

Last month we saw firmware build 17.1.A.2.69 release for the Xperia Z2, well now the same update has landed for the Xperia Z2 Tablet LTE (SGP521). The update appears to be rolling across a number of regions. Sony has not updated its support website for this new firmware, but it hopefully solves a lot of the touchscreen response issues that owners are having. There is no sign of the update for Wi-Fi owners of the tablet, but we’ll let you know when it starts to roll.
