Xperia Z3 and Z2 update (23.1.A.0.740) rolls for Orange customers in Europe

A new firmware update with build number 23.1.A.0.740 has started to roll for select Sony Xperia Z2 and Z3 devices for Orange customers. If you are an Orange customer in France, Poland, Romania, Slovakia or Spain then you will be prompted to update your handset.

This new Android 5.0.2 Lollipop firmware is live for the Xperia Z3 (D6603), Xperia Z3 Compact (5803), Xperia Z2 (D6503) and Xperia Z2 Tablet (SGP521). We expect this build number to remain a carrier-specific update. The latest global update for these handsets remains build version 23.1.A.0.726.
