Sony Mobile has commenced its Android 7.0 Nougat rollout for the Xperia Z5 series with build number 32.3.A.0.372, just a few days after the firmware was certified. The new update is currently live across select variants of the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium as of writing, but we expect it will shortly arrive on the Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia Z3+ and Xperia Z4 Tablet.
The new firmware version brings support for native Nougat features such as multi-windows and Sony is promising longer battery life, something that Z5 owners will be welcoming. Other additions include the addition of a self-timer button for the front camera and the latest Xperia Home launcher with Google Now integration.
